Shipping Information:
Please expect a 1-10 business day turnaround for your items. We reserve the right to extend our turnaround at any time. In the event that the store cart has oversold an item, you will be given the option for a refund or to wait for the item to return to stock. We charge shipping rates that are based on actual product weight. There is no handling fee. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method for your order during sales or promotions. International orders are mailed USPS airmail untracked and only perfumes made with the international oil base can be sent overseas. All other products are allowed overseas shipping. We ship by default to the address on your paypal account unless special notice is made to us to use an alternative address.
Payments:
We accept credit card and paypal payments. If you have any difficulties checking out, simple email us at [email protected] and reference your order number. Please apply any points and coupons you wish to use before processing your order.
Returns and Cancellations:
We do not accept returns on any products due to sanitary reasons. Because of our fast shipping times, we cannot accept order cancellations or changes without contacting us first and receiving our written approval.
International Customers:
Alcohol cannot be shipped out of the country, therefore please select the organic oil base for your perfume purchases. Any international customers who order the alcohol base will have them automatically switched and will be receiving them in the oil base.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages:
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods. Please request insurance on your order if you have any concerns for a small added fee.
Skin Sensitivities:
Please patch test items on a small piece of skin before applying the item in large quantities to check for skin allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We can not be held responsible for any allergies or irritations.
Bottle Uniqueness:
Each perfume bottle is small batch made so some level of natural variance between batches is to be expected.
We never screen test animals, only actors! :)
